The SNEC Lift is a minimally invasive technique developed by Dr Stroumza-Escoffier to treat laxity of the neck and jawline. Depending on the case, it combines high-definition neck liposuction, radiofrequency and tensor threads.
It is intended for people with moderate laxity of the neck or jawline who want an alternative to a conventional surgical facelift.
Consultation and facial analysis, short procedure through micro-incisions, as a day case.
Local anaesthesia, possibly with sedation.
Swelling and bruising are possible for a few days; a chin strap is worn as instructed.
Firming is gradual over several weeks. It depends on skin quality.
Like any procedure, this one carries risks that are rare but real (infection, haematoma, healing problems, asymmetry, reaction to anaesthesia...). They are explained in detail during the consultation, with written information.

The technique uses micro-incisions designed not to leave a visible scar.
It is an alternative for moderate laxity; significant laxity may require a facelift.
For cosmetic surgery, French law requires a reflection period of at least 15 days after the detailed quote is given.
The consultation takes place at the practice, 11 rue du Faubourg Saint-Honoré, 75008 Paris. Surgical procedures are performed in an authorised facility.
Contact the practice by phone or e-mail. A first consultation in Paris is required; then plan for the 15-day reflection period and stay long enough after the procedure for the first follow-up visits.
